      it took me a bit to get used to. my doc and the booklet I got recommended wearing it a bit during the day and that helped the process a bit. also, you are allowed to get/ask for a new mask if you need. I started with a different mask than I have now (and I've only had my CPAP a little over a month)

      What kind of mask are you using? Took me a few days to get used to it, now I can adjust it in the dark!

      I sleep on my face it's funny with the mask on but I try as much as possible
