I’m not sure if I just had a seizure or not I’m scared to tell my guardian because I don’t wanna be called a fake I recorded it originally because I thought I was going to pass out but then it felt different i felt very confused, tired and lack of memory like I would when I pass out but I felt jolts going through my body and I have this really painful headache (I don’t have migraines) after I woke up and I felt trapped and I couldn’t call for help I just felt this weird aura, can somone tell me if this is seizure activity before and tell my family I don’t want to feel crazy
