πŸ’• Simply, it's ok and it will be better. Everything always works out for the best even though at the time it's sometimes nearly impossible to see that. Positive reinforcement goes a long way. One thought at a time, one note at a time, gently reminding you that everything will be ok. You still have your life and ect.... remind yourself what you have good and use positive reinforcement whenever you remember. The more you try the easier it will become. It might take weeks, it might take months but every day to try, you make a positive difference to your life and every life you are by. πŸ’•

I put my sadness into a thought, your life is dinner and your death is dessert. If you wanna just skip to dessert it's not going to be fulfilling as eating your dinner first. It's going to have ups and down in your dinner and it's going to be hard but dinner is dinner and try your best to finish it before you get dessert.

1. You're not stupid, and your brain isn't stupid either. 2. You allow yourself to feel bad, to grieve what could have been, to accept that there's nothing that can be done to change what has happened, and to cry if your body needs to, without stifling it back. 3. You remember that negative emotions are just as valid and important as positive ones, and that they serve a purpose. 4. You engage in self care, not baths and food and things you need to survive but things that genuinely make you feel safe and comfortable, and remind yourself that what you're going through doesn't define you. 5a. You use coping strategies for when the anxiety comes, like box breathing, butterfly taps, affirmations and mantras, and for when the depression comes, like positive or comedy songs and music or musicals, looking at videos or pictures of things that bring you joy. 5b. You do those things even when it feels ridiculous or like there's no way this could work, because the more that you do them the more you build your neural pathways of doing them, the easier it gets to do them, and the more you believe it. 6. You remember that you are a human being and you are worthy of love compassion respect kindness and understanding simply because of that. And if you're not getting those things from the world around you you have to be the one to give it to yourself. you're seen, you're not alone, and your emotions are valid.
