Joint Pain in Humid Weather

Does anyone else have lots of joint pain when it is super humid and hot? Mostly my lower back hurts and my left ankle. Also my head starts to hurt so bad ND I feel sick. Anyone else? I have to lay in my bedroom with my account on to feel better.

Yes, I experience this as well. It impacts my jobs a lot during warm months because I'll be at or on my way to work and my ankles, knees, and wrists primarily will hurt and get extremely tired, and my head will be in severe pain and I'll feel super sick for hours even after I've cooled off. I have EDS and POTS which both make me heat sensitive and mess with my temperature regulation so that's why I experience these symptoms, and with POTS I also faint more frequently when it's hot. I try and manage this with salt tablet supplements, compression socks, and lots of water/electrolyte drinks. I'm not sure what your diagnosis may be but I hope this helps. You're definitely not alone ❤️

I have horrible joint pain when the barometric pressure is low. My hip and ankle hurt so bad I can’t even get out of bed. It’s so frustrating

I so feel you there. I rely on my wife a lot when that happens to me. Hugs to you.
