Looking for ideas for anything to help with joint pain from hypermobility. I’m in physical therapy but it sounds like it will be a long time before it starts working… I haven’t found ice/heat to be very helpful and oral medications don’t usually go well do to several digestive disorders. Willing to try anything at this point.

Have you tried just very long hot showers? For me I find it helpful the constant running water and heat of it helps me sometimes. CBD creams/meds work for a friend of mine. Medical cannabis can also work as a treatment method. If you have the chance hydrotherapy is supposed to work, the water is supposed to help as well. I hope this helps 💕
