Struggling with Joint Locking and Walking

does anyone have issues walking due to joints locking into place? my left knee locks into a bent back position and so I struggle to get around due to it. it's both painful and just plain annoying to me, as I can't really walk without some sort of support and I hate having to use a cane

One of the bones in my foot subluxes like twice a day which makes it super difficult to walk sometimes😫😕

Yeah all of my joints have locked at least once. It’s so annoying :/

This may be a dumb question but have you had an MRI? Sometimes torn cartilage can flip up and get wedged in so it won’t unlock.

I haven't. I'm due for one to check for nerve damage in my legs, I'll def bring this up to my doctor
