What do you guys do to help with the locking of your joints and muscles? I'll lay down at the end of the day and my feet will be so locked up that I can't do my toes. My ankles are constantly sore like I rolled them or something.

I wear Hey Dudes when I'm having a flare-up or a busy day. They're around $50 and mold to your foot easily. I practice long, slow stretches every morning and evening and as I can throughout the day, starting with my toes.
I wear good shoe inserts that I either get from my doctor or on Amazon. Also Hoka shoes are really great but kind of expensive, around $200.

One person found that lighter shoes on worse days helped, as it put less strain on weak and dysfunctional muscles. They also focused on looking at their feet while walking or moving to lessen the chance of falling and improve control over their movements. Another suggestion was trying toe yoga and resistance band exercises, which can be found in YouTube videos, to help with soreness and stiffness in ankles and calves.
