@GardenQueen So sorry to hear that love! Although I noticed staying away from pre packaged foods helps, but If I do make sure there aren't any vegetable oils! Look for foods & herbs that help with inflammation, this may help with your swelling and even out the right side of your body with the left! Try your best to avoid stress! Also forgiving yourself, anyone who may have hurt you, plus listening to the Holy word of God! I keep telling myself everyday, no matter how I feel that...This is not forever, but God's love is! He wants us healed, whole, and free! Hope some of that helps!
