Yes!!! When stress ramps up at work I have the hardest time going to work. I use sick days WAY too often and personal days that can cause work issues depending on where I work. I’m now 49 and have worked soooooo many different jobs since I turned 13 years old. My first job was a paper route now I’m an LVN nurse working Hospice. I love it. But it’s also stressful at times and triggers my PTSD, anxiety. My routine is going to work and coming home. I know I need to get more active after work but have the most difficulty leaving the house after working.

During my depressive episodes, I've lost something like 6 different jobs due to absenteeism and tardiness. It's always attendance related for me but yes absolutely. The depression is a huge part of mine, but anxiety is in there too.
