Dealing with Job Stress and Health Issues

I've been having undeveloped stools and throwing up and feeling super nauseous due to the stress of my job. I work in retail as supervisor and theres many creeps and stress my job brings me and for weeks now, I've been having severe issues w my stomach and feeling nauseous along w throwing up like i said in the beginning but this is consistent for 3 almost 4wks now. I've been thinking ab getting a new job bc of it and I'm obviously gonna try and make a drs appointment for this wk cuz now my boss is irrate w me thinking im calling out just to do it when in actuality I've been having alot going on. i almost feel like purposely getting fired cuz if they cant understand im going through something w my body and its something i cannot control, why would they need a reason for me to quit when they already know I've been going to the bathroom almost 5 times at work when it used to only be once or twice. im scared and dont know how to go ab this mess. i just think i need a new job
