How to Deal with Job Interview Anxiety

but i’m mostly confident because i know i have the skills that are needed and if it’s a job i especially really want, i’ll be more confident and just pretend i’m friends with them, (but in a professional way)

i’ve learned to be confident in interviews. if anything turn the interview onto them. ask about benefits, ask about how much the staff get along, ask about the coolest/nicest experience your interview has had at the job since starting

Calm down with the 5 senses: Name 5 things you see 4 things you feel 3 things you hear 2 things you smell 1 thing you taste This always helps me calm down before a big presentation or interview
