Honestly, all workplaces are incredibly stressful and sometimes I don’t understand how anyone can keep a job longer than a few months

I actually have similar fears. It’s hard for me to know what’s a real barrier or if it’s my heightened anxiety speaking. I’m an overachiever and want to do more than I’m able to. However I’m also trying to give myself more credit for what I do, do

You can get a job where you won't have to interact with people such as stalking shelves or being a dishwasher and if you know what specific days get bad you can control your schedule but if it is random then try to get an online job or a flexible job to compensate. Overall you can do this I believe in you!❤️
