for me it was a new deodorant i was using!!! make sure to stop using skin products there for a few days and see if it helps

not sure if you're already diganosed or not. they can itch also because of the treatment for breast cancer, so if you're being treated, I wouldn't be very worried, but would bring it up in the next meet up with your doctor
