Isolating with Anxiety: Anyone Else?

Yup. I end up totally shutting everyone out and not leaving my house for weeks. It’s tough.

Absolutely. If I do go and I go alone I tend to forget where I park my care. Then panic sets in. My sister tries to get me out a few times a week. I am happy just staying in. Extremely happy in the summer when I can be in my yard. I do not like being around too many people to over wells me.

Especially in stores, there's a need to get in and get out. Sometimes, I forget items because of the hurriedness.

yes absolutely. i have a bad habit of staying in my room as much as possible that i’m trying to get under control as it doesn’t help that i have social anxiety :/

Oh yes definitely I do - I try to go out and do things but it feels like ..I go to a place and rush to do things or get out idk if that makes sense but I always feel a need to rush away or something- Even if I don’t show it …I feel it. You are not alone even if it feels like it something I am trying to remind myself all the time.
