Dealing with Stomach Pain and Nausea for Months

Hi there, so for a couple weeks now I’ve had all kinds of issues with my stomach. I actually have had stomach pain/upset/nauseous/vomiting etc for months now but lately it has gotten worse. I’m either not hungry whatsoever, or when I eat I’m not full. Or, I’ll eat or drink something (such as a coffee, this morning) and within 10 minutes I was vomiting. I’ve been nauseous and unsettled for weeks and I really don’t know what it is except for the fact that I’ve always had issues with my stomach/GI system. Thanks for reading! -H

Hi Kat, thank you for your response, that does sound similar to my symptoms. I will definitely do some research on that and check with my doctor!

A few of these things seem to align with my experience with gastroparesis/functional dyspepsia. I’m nauseous whenever I eat, have a lot of stomach pain, and occasionally throw up after eating. However I often am full after eating a few bites, and that doesn’t seem to line up with your experience. But functional dyspepsia is just so broad with its symptoms, so maybe 🤷‍♀️

Oh I’m sorry to hear you have these symptoms too but thank you for the over the counter medicine! I’ve been really nauseous so I’ve been using pepto which helps for a little while. I know I have food sensitivities, whether it be allergic completely or my system just doesn’t agree with it so maybe switching around my diet will help too

Hi, thank you for writing back! First, no to all of the above. I have appointments to see my doctors but it’s not for a few weeks so I was just curious if anyone had any feedback while I wait to go. I will ask, though, to get those tests done.
