Hi, anyone else have a very irregular sleep pattern? Could it be my meds or just stress?

I'm not sure how true it is but I've heard that Fluoxetine can affect your sleep. One of my friends has tried taking his antidepressants before bed instead of in the morning and it seems to work for him! Of course stress can also be a major factor when it comes to sleep
