Irregular periods with endometriosis?

I just had my initial consult with a Nancy's Nook specialist. He told me endo doesn't usually cause irregular periods and said it could be something else causing them. Does anyone else have irregular periods?

So many things cause irregular periods, but endo is one of them. I read your other comments and I’m shocked someone on her list recommended orilissa, that’s usually a dealbreaker for getting on the list! Definitely message Nancy about this experience because it’s inconsistent with what the information they give. Do you have the means to see someone else?

Endo can cause irregular periods and so can adenomyosis. Many people who have endo also have adeno

Just because their on nancys list doesn’t mean anything, tbh. Endo can cause irregular periods, but yes it could be something else like PCOS for example. Mine are irregular from my endo
