Irregular Menstrual Cycles with Endometriosis

My periods have always been 7-8 days (they start heavy & end light) lately they been going to 9-10 days I haven’t bled this much since April 2020 when I was having prolonged periods from my hypo anyone know why I been going up to 10 days & if I should tell my endro? (I’m 24 btw I’ve had hypo since 18 & just got diagnosed with PCOS this past April)

What Causes Extremely Irregular Periods?

My periods have always been irregular, but 3 years after having my first born, I started having more issues, and now 6 years after she was born I haven’t been able to even track ovulation because of the irregular periods. Sometimes I won’t get a period for 3 months, and sometimes I’ll bleed for well over a month. When I do have longer periods it’s very common for me to experience heavy clothing for weeks straight. I’ve been to numerous doctors and have had, what seems like, every typical tests done, multiple times. All of my tests come back normal, and I’m not sure what I’m more miserable with now, the fact that I can’t get pregnant, the fact that I can’t stop bleeding for weeks at a time, or the fact that none of the 6 drs I’ve been to seem to want to really be more concerned about my well being, more than trying to convince me to do infertility treatments (which I have tried clomid 3 times and didn’t work) I just want an answer to my underlying issue before I push trying to get pregnant, but I feel my time is ticking on that biological clock. I’d be grateful for Any insight.
