Yes I'm the same. I struggle greatly with iron and B12 deficiencies. I am supplementing but taking so many makes me weary. I still am deficient and have been supplementing for a year.

I tried taking iron pills and they do make me feel better but they make me constipated.

So I can only take the pills once every 3 days. I do find that cutting back on my carb intake makes me less tired.

I am also iron , vitamin B12 , and vitamin d3 deficient. I take iron twice a day. And B12 and d3 once a day. I don't think my body is absorbing the iron though. I have to take it two hours after I take my other meds. I have to take something for constipation also
