Struggling with Dizziness and Fainting Due to Iron Deficiency Anemia and POTS

Hi! I've been having a really bad time with dizziness and fainting recently, due to iron deficiency anemia mixed with POTS. I also have very disordered eating habits due to limeted food in the household and sensory issues with certain foods. Does anyone have tips on how to get more iron/ help with dizziness that's not just diet?

Iron supplements, drink water and eat salt to help with the POTS.

Iron injections, basically a transfusion. They do it through an IV. It works!
