Yes, ALL the time. I love my dog more than anything else in the world, and I can’t stop thinking about how I’m going to be able to live once he’s gone. I really don’t think it’s possible. It makes me wish I never even got him, knowing that I’m eventually going to have to witness his death. I’d rather be dead than live through that.

I had an obsession I finally managed to kick about setting my cat on fire. He is coming to the end of his life and I am more anxious about his death so sometimes my OCD will get me stuck on certain possibilities. Its very stressful as hes been a core reason I have been doing decent mentally (as decent as I can be in my circumstance). So of course my OCD would attack him. Im sorry you go through similar issues. This shit sucks.
