I hate when a flareup of a symptom acts up hardcore. I am having fear of abandonment screaming intrusive thoughts so badly I'm losing my mind.... but I hoping that admiting it and talking openly about it will help.... it's new for me to do so
It definitely does get very hard, but opening up and reaching out will always help- it may not be evident and it will not be fast, but it starts the journey into self help/ discovering your triggers as well as figuring what will help. Keep hanging on.
