hello! I'm new here. I go by Redd. Umm my only advice currently is to be wary of modafinil if you have idiopathic hypersomnia. It ruined my life and I was too messed up to realize it was what did it. In other news, I may not have IH... I may have CFIDS or Fibro or all 3. Made a rheumatologist appt a few months ago because we realized my pain was a. not from my scoliosis and b. was spreading and getting worse... but the appt isn't until November. š so who knows.
