Hello I suffer from chronic depression and have for yrs..I lost both my 21and 19yr old boys in vehicular homicide accidents..3yrs a part..can anyone relate to this or have any insight to it at all?

I fell in 3/2014 and fractured the vertebrae in my back and hit my head. I was in a medically induced coma for a week until the swelling went down in my brain before they could do my back surgery.

I have fibromyalgia, RA, chronic back pain with nerve pain. The pain in my low back radiates down my legs to my feet. I had back fusion surgery of L4/5 and L5/S1 in 2015. The surgeon nicked a couple of nerves in my back. Every joint/muscle hurts like I have the flu (fibromyalgia). No fever or upper respiratory symptoms. I hurt everywhere. So I am in pain and have insomnia 😥 Night time is the worst for me. I do not fall asleep until 5 or 6 am.

I am awake with overwhelming anxiety, depression and painsomnia at 3:41 a.m.😢😢😢
