ADHD, with GAD and panic Disorder every day is a fun and colorful surprise lol 🤪. All you can do after you’ve done everything you can do is kind of laugh at it. Taking it one day at a time and enjoying the blessings in my life. Been really good for last 10 months but it’s been kicking back up lately. Trying to to over think it.
