      ADHD, with GAD and panic Disorder every day is a fun and colorful surprise lol 🤪. All you can do after you’ve done everything you can do is kind of laugh at it. Taking it one day at a time and enjoying the blessings in my life. Been really good for last 10 months but it’s been kicking back up lately. Trying to to over think it. How are YOU doing @more_tell
