Introducing Myself and My Chronic Health Issues

just my first time posting here, so introducing myself. pretty much I feel like I have all the things...t2d, hpb, neuropathy, migraines, along with chronic gut issues and then to top it off, I now have chronic pain from a car wreck back in 2019. I feel like I'm falling apart...and the weird part is, I have some fairly new parts😊 oh, did I mention I'm not even 50 yet!?

      @Dorie the best thing to do is to talk to your doctor. Let them know how you feel about being on the insulin and let them help you make a plan for getting off safely. Good luck 🤞

      I was diagnosed with type two diabetes in 2017 and I got fed up with it with the medication and I switched my diet to the keto diet and I only ate fruit that were berries if I eat fruit in for two years now I have no signs of type two diabetes you can change it with your diet but you have to be determined

        @Quinnbaby so several years ago, probably about 5 (I think) I had all of my numbers at a good level, lost a significant amount of weight and was doing really well. But then life happened, my mom, who had already been sick, took a turn for the worse before she passed in May 2019 before my wreck in Aug and well...let's just everything including my health went sideways since May 2019
