      Yes a subtle internal quiver. I do need to be calm for my body to not bring on symptoms. Overwork, overwhelmed or little sleep causes muscle fatigue, brain fog~lightheaded ness, quiver.

      The best way I can describe it is that my body feels like it’s got a vibration all over and I also get shakes…. It reminds me of a low seizure
