I’m trying a new probiotic, enzymes before meals ( 1/2 an hour), and an herbal supplement called “caralluma Fimbriata”( 1/2 hour before a meal with 8 ounces of water) Also recommended is green tea; I bought a “matcha” tea capsule, but haven’t added it yet, as it is high in caffeine…. I already have bp .
My son lost over 60 pounds doing intermittent fasting. The time between eating is important to the amount of weight loss you will experience.

It did for me I ate once a day for in a 3 hour period and lost 12 pounds in 7 days. I also know 2 doctors that also fast. Them thing to remember any calories or 50 like juice or coffee creamer will knock you out of the fast. Good luck. And after a few days it gets easier. The first couple your kinda fixated on food.
