Struggling with Insomnia and Juggling Work and School

Hhh it sucks having insomnia cause you just feel tired all the time especially since I go to work and I have school to handle as well but I can’t sleep like I feel tired and I know that I am but I just can’t seem to be able to get to sleep I would smoke weed or my Suorin to just try and chill at this point :l

Funny how I’m posting way to late on a school night about insomnia, but I’ve taken melatonin for years and that’s what’s helped me the most. The max is 10 mg before adverse effects so be careful. This may also sound stupid but meditation actually helped me. I rarely make it to the end of the YouTube videos, I guess I just find it so boring I fall asleep.

I suffer from insomnia just about every night, so I know your struggle. I have actually found a sleep-aid medicine that has helped me tremendously. You can get them from Wal-Mart and it’s just called Sleep-Aid. They’re little purple tablets and they work work amazingly. I hope this helps and I wish you luck!
