Looking for advice on insomnia treatment

This helps me sleep but the weight gain is a killer. I have severe anxiety among other things. I guess it depends on your diagnosis.

My doctor prescribed it for me and honestly it didn’t do anything. It really depends on the person. Try it. If it doesn’t work, try another one. It’s all about trial and error.

My doctor gave it to me to take at night to sleep.

I believe I use it for mood swings, I used to become( and occasionally still do) very agitated in the evenings and it was supposed to help ig lol. It also makes you sleepy and hungry, I think it might have helped me gain weight but because I take it at the same time that I take melatonin I'm not sure if it is actually doing anything 😅

What did you used that worked to help you sleep if you don't mind
