Struggling with Insomnia and Sleep Paralysis

So I have insomnia l, sleep paralysis, and my brain doesn't produce melatonin (meaning my brain doesn't tell me I'm tired or need sleep). I take promethazine and zopiclone, but doses keep being upped because my body gets used to them. I can go up to 4/5 nights in a row with no sleep at all, and at most, 1 hour nap in the day. This is starting to really take a toll on my hallucinations, can send me into psychosis, and is affecting my mental health and physical health. Meditation doesn't work, medication doesn't work, background noises, weighted blankets, none of it is helping me. Does anyone have any ideas, tips, or medications they think can help? Thank you in advance ☺️

I'm sorry this is happening, I don't know if you've tried it but I take 50mg of diphenhydramine at night and that usually does ok, and then I have trazodone for when that doesn't work but the trazodone knocks me out for like 24hrs. I also started using a sleep mask since I have a problem with keeping my eye closed when I'm trying to sleep. I hope you can find something that works for you

thank you, I'll definitely look into those 2 ❤️ I've used a face mask before, but I have paranoia so it doesn't end up too well x
