i agree, only when i’m manic does the loneliness go away but eventually guilt arrives. i hate the cycle :(

Yeah it’s hard when you feel alone like that until you meet someone else who has it. This app is kinda cool like that. I’m still new. I hope you find someone who you can talk to!
