Considering Inpatient Care for Separation Issues

I have been thinking about going into an impatient, but I'm scared and I don't know what to do. I have horrible separation issues...and that's what stops me from admiting myself.. can someone help?

What or who are you concerned about separating from in order to go to inpatient? If it's a person is there something that is theirs that you'd be safe to take? Maybe they could visit or call every day?

Hey just came here to say this: hospitalization has helped me SEVERAL times, including saving my life. If you don’t know where else to turn, i definitely recommend admitting yourself. Sometimes that intensive care is needed. Also, you could try intensive outpatient/ partial hospitalization first. That might be better for your separation anxiety. Hope this helps. Feel free to message me if you want a friend 💜
