Does Anyone Have Inner Ear Twitching?

Does anyone have inner ear “drumming” twitching (like muscle spasms) inside your ear? I’ve been having another bout of ETD and now my ears are twitching on and off for days. It doesn’t hurt, doesn’t affect my hearing, I just don’t like the sensation. :/
