Just as things were going alright for me (mentally and physically), I stupidly tripped and broke a bone in my foot and I’m going to be out of work for a while. Anyone got advice on how to keep my spirits up?

Start a freaking sitting hobby, something creative. I like playing with clay, it’s almost therapeutic. But my bf prefers to do those like tiny models out of tin that you can find in Like JoAnnes or Michaels or Hobby Lobby. I also recommend drawing or anything like that friend! God speed! 🤗 💕
@CSweet94 I’m an artist and I have a painting studio but it’s about a 10 minute drive from my house, I’ve been wanting to make it over there as much as possible (I was just making excellent progress on a new series I’ve just started) but maneuvering with crutches is surprisingly exhausting (not to mention needing to manage multiple flights of stairs just at home) i unfortunately don’t have any of my supplies back at my house, but thank you for your reply! I might use this as an opportunity to get creative with unconventional materials
