Looking for Information on Inflammatory Diseases

Any rare inflammation diseases/disorders and information? Someone I know with an inflammatory diseases said it sounds a lot like what I am describing is what they have or something similar. Any guidance would be much appreciated. (I have seen a rheumatologist but they dismissed me and sent me to dermatologist)

I don't have any information on it, but a coworker with lots of chronic issues said I should get checked out for Crohn's.

Main symptoms joint and muscle pain/ache, some slight swelling, muscle weakness, IBS, I get tension headaches, as well as always feeling tired. Not sure if it is connected but I also see flare ups with my hormone changes as well as flare ups in my skin issues I am active and relatively fit, as well as a healthy eater. I have been gluten free for around 4-5yrs and recently heavily reduced sugar intake and have seen improvement. Chiropractor also said my pain patterns are seen in patients with inflammation issues
