Inexpensive headache relief options?

Any otc meds that work like Tylenol or Excedrin migraine that are relatively inexpensive and easier on the stomach?

I use a spray called bio freeze. It’s menthol. It really helps pain in a specific area. There’s always cannabis. That helps a lot but sort of expensive. It buffers your mind which in turn helps you forget the pain. It’s legal for recreational use here so easy to just go buy it.

Have you tried anything topical? I use menthol balm (I’ve got tiger balm) and I rub in on my temples and neck. Also an excuse to massage your face a bit.

Not sure if you're interested in herbal or health food remedies, but tumeric, ginger, and cloves are great for pain management as well as essential oils such as lavender, peppermint (my fav), and eucalyptus.
