Increased Adderall dose not helping with focus

I recently increased my adderall to 20 mg XR twice a day a few weeks ago and I still feel like it doesn’t help much. I do see a small improvement in my energy levels but not much when it comes to focusing. I feel like that is a pretty high dose. Anyone else have this problem? What else has worked for you.

The Ritalin does give me energy and I think more focus but where’s the motivation to do anything at all drug. I can only seem to do what’s necessary for living.

Adderol didn’t help me and made me feel weird and cranky. Vivance did nothing. Stratera did nothing. Just getting on Ritalin and it seems to be working the best for me.

My therapist said “if you don’t notice a difference when you don’t take a dose, it’s not enough” I’m up to 30mg, 20 am and 10 in the afternoon. It’s helped a lot
