Should I Increase My Medication?

I don’t know if I should go up on my medicine to try and stop it but it’s been so long since i started i cant stop in my own

I've tried like 8 different meds and found one that works great for my anxiety (Luvox) but no matter how high a dose it doesn't actually help with the trich. I found a different medication that does help with the pulling, oddly it doesn't help with the anxiety lol. Mirtazapine. Took the hair pulling from about 100 hairs per day regularly, to now one yesterday and zero today.
