Should I Increase My Medication Dosage?

I’ve been on Zoloft since August of 2021. Back in January i had to up my dosage from 25 mg to 50 mg. At first it helped but now i’m starting to get anxiety attacks and more anxious then i was when i first started taking it. Should i up the dosage or switch medications?
