Does anyone have issues with temperature consistency throughout your body? A lot of times my face and chest will get warm to hot, the rest of my body will be relatively neutral/room temperature, and my hands and feet will get cold. Do you have any insight into this?

Yes!!! Cold hands and feet especially but I also experience the hotness in my face and chest some time . usually when I’m having an elevated emotion I break out into hot, red splotches on my face and chest. I’m not sure what exactly causes it I’ve just kinda chalked it up to anemia

  @Nenna Huh, interesting. I just found out from someone else on here that it’s yet another thing that can be caused by fibromyalgia, but I honestly don’t know if that is main or only thing behind it for me. Such a fun guessing game 😂 it does feel super validating to know that it happens to other people, though.
