I think with IBS the most important thing you can do is listen to your body and not force yourself to do more than you are able to. It can’t hurt to switch up your diet to see what foods work for you, like what feels like it fuels your body and makes you feel good and what just triggers flare ups or makes you feel awful. Also, finding an activity you enjoy and can do even when you don’t feel your greatest helps with stress, such as writing, reading, drawing, crafting, or just watching shows or movies. It can help take your mind off feeling sickly I’ve discovered.
