Improving My Health: Are There Any Treatments That Won't Make Things Worse?

Hi seaborn! There isn’t any magic treatment I know of… and I don’t know what you’ve already tried but I would take two courses of action. First, make sure you’re treated with the right medications for you and with the adequate dosage. Then, try and think of your lifestyle and make sure you’re drinking enough, getting nutrients from your food, exercising or moving around, spending time with people who make you feel good… and whatever else you could think of ♥️

It is helpful, because I'm only 47, and have already been on disability since 2008.
