Improving Mental Health: Signs to Look Out For

Honestly this can be different for everyone, but for me I can tell my health is declining when I feel numb, hopeless, and just gray. When I’m getting better, I notice I look forward to little things, like being able to go home and play video games, listening to a new album. I think for me it has to do with motivation.
