There are so many things tbh... Healthy diet (eating enough and healthy foods), proper hydration, exercise, making sure you have the right amount of socializing for you, keep involved in hobbies and personal interests, avoid overindulgences - especially with drugs and alcohol, practice mindfulness (yoga or meditation), ensure you are taking time to rest, and so much more. Honestly, the list of things you CAN do can be really daunting. I recommend starting to integrate at most a couple of things at a time. Maybe focus on adequate diet and hydration first. Then add in regular exercise. Etc. Also, be willing to forgive yourself if you don't do all of the everything. You won't be perfect all the time and that's okay! Fun fact, jemstones only have the colors they do because of impurities in the crystal structure. Your imperfections make you beautiful ❤
