Improving Facial Hair with Spironolactone

I’ve taken spiro for years off and on. It definitely isn’t a magic pill for me, but I’ve noticed a little less growth on my face, plus the hair on my head has stopped thinning almost entirely. I still shave my face every other day but my hirsutism was “Sideshow Bearded Lady” severe, whereas now if I skip a couple days shaving I only really notice it under my chin instead of full cheeks. I’ve also actually noticed less hair growth on my arms and legs on spiro so that’s nice too, even though it wasn’t a huge concern before.
