@BipolarOkie okay thank you so much :)
I did something as a teen that helped me allot. Write down stuff, like a half a page of things that make you happy. Then explain to yourself in the mirror what you wrote down and why it makes you happy. Use this as a tool to better communicate even to yourself

I communicate through email or write it because it's not as hard, also I use I feel.. When.. Because.. That format helps me say things in a way that is not offensive
@TayTayLove yea i do that too but i want to be able to verbally to people too without feeling awkward you know?
@TayTayLove I seem to also have issues with just saying things without thinking at all and that's what sometimes cause my tone. Idk how to get around that. Maybe stop for just a sec and think first? Yeah that might work. Thank you!
@Lilly1 yes, I have to think of things in the 3rd perspective, what do I feel, what do I think they feel and why do I feel this why do they feel that and why is this something I care about them I have to make sure to clarify things or I say I'm not angry although I do feel "" because "" and I would like to hear how you feel as well and why
Possibly practice writting out what your going to say in a hypothetical conversation, then practice by talking to someone ur comfortable with.
@bambyo3o okay thank you so much !

Same here. When I do speak up, my tone comes across as rude and then people get upset with me. š„ I don't mean to, it's very frustrating.
@Lilly1 soso glad iām not alone
