      it's been a couple hours since you've posted but i hope you're hanging in there alright. i second breathing exercises. 8 in, 8 out works for me. grounding techniques with observing what is physically happening around you is useful too. listing 3 things you can see, hear, and feel around you. it helps me with re-anchoring myself to reality. whatever happens, you'll be okay. rooting for you.

      I feel this so so much❤️ if it helps, i promise you nothing bad will happen. i always trick myself into thinking it’s the end or that something terrible will happen, but just know that it is all in the head. i like to breath in for 4 counts and out for 5, and it sometimes helps to talk to someone on the phone. i recently started crocheting, and the art of it really calms me down. i hate going to sleep because of panic attacks though, but i always try to remind myself that panic attacks are normal and we are not alone. i am here if you need to talk❤️
