Exploring the Impact of Stress on Mental Health

Stress for me is when I'm given a task that I know that I won't be able to give acceptable results. And then I worry about the consequences or reaction from those results.

Anything left unfinished or uncertain

...all "official" things: paperwork, emails, governmental or similar appointments. 😵

Tight shoulders, clenched jaw, mind racing, heart thudding, gut twisting, hands cramping, knees aching. Stress for me is physically painful😣

Organization 😖😱🤯 is soo difficult for me to put away clothes or dishes. It stresses me out so bad I get a migraine just thinking about it.
