Imaginary Versions of People with Schizophrenia

I have hallucinations and hear voices 24/7

I tend to picture people as I remember and feel about them... which just looks like them from the past. Honestly makes it hard to stay present and remember that time has passed, they've changed, Ive changed... it kind of sucks. That or theyd be some kind of idealized version that I cant account for, and end up taking too much time overanalyzing what it could mean. They're not here.
